| Remarks | I have seen meteors or "shooting stars" previously in my life a handful of times. They have always been quite high in the sky and always an orange, yellow or white color and much more of a quicker"flash". This was the largest, closest, longest duration and most vivid one I have ever seen. |

| Terminal flash | |
|---|---|
| Observation | Yes |
| Remarks | A large blue ball with a white exterior along with a streak or tail that looked like a firework. But it definitely was not a firework. It seemed very low in the sky from my perspective. It was moving fast and happened pretty quickly but I saw it for a good amount of time. I was listening to headphones when it happened, so I did not hear if there was noise. I was running on the boardwalk and stopped and asked a few others if they saw it. They said yes they did and we all said that we have never seen something so amazing. |
| Fragmentation | |
|---|---|
| Observation | Yes |
| Remarks | The blue ball flashed as it moved through the sky and I saw large "sparks" or fragments I believe splintering off of the large ball as it moved through the sky |
