| Remarks | I know the time is correct within 1 min. The altitude, direction, and angle should all be fairly accurate. I find it tough, though, to estimate the brightness of a short flash. I was looking the opposite direction and the flash of bright light caused me to spin around to see what was causing this, so it was way brighter than m. -4. |
