For the fact that it was so low in the sky and seemed to have a slight upward angle, it seemed odd to me. But I have never seen anything like that before.

It wasn't very bright at first but as it flew through the sky it got brighter and more brilliant in a teal color cylinder shape that came to a point at the end.
