| Remarks | It was streaking low from east to west on a downward trajectory looking like it was going to pass over the Naval War College, Newport RI and land in Narragansett Bay. I was driving south on Rt 114 in Middletown, RI About 3 seconds. Bright green. This is the 3rd I’ve seen in my life! |
