Reports Report 3097ab (Event 3097-2019)

Observer
Name Michael E
Experience Level 1/5
Remarks My buddy saw it and brought it to my attention at which time I tried to get my phone out to video it. It stayed in the sky for for several seconds but faded before I could get my camera switched to the rear camera. It was a reddish line that measured 8 or 9 inches from my perspective, which had to be miles long at that distance. It surprised us that it stayed so long in the sky and we never saw anything like it before.
