Reports Report 3029y (Event 3029-2019)

Observer
Name Allison P
Experience Level 3/5
Remarks It changed and went so fast i didnt even have time to think about trying for a picture. I've not seen anything flash like that and change speed like it did, i waited to see if i could find it on a news sight today but had no luck and found this. The experience fit the description so i thought I should repot it. Also if i had been in a different yard or even in the street I could have seen more but where i was looking there is a tree line that blocks vision at a certain point
