Reports Report 3016i (Event 3016-2019)

Observer
Name Howard F
Experience Level 2/5
Remarks I also submitted the same event on a similar form on the AMS site a few hours ago - I got the impression it was heading in the direction of South Africa. The estimate that it was over Scotland is counterintuitive, I feel it might be further south. There are some wires and electric poles that were in my view as a frame of reference, so I may be able get a better fix with compass clinometer from the bench I saw it from, in the next few days, with revised measurements. It seemed as if it was a little over a second in duration, and bright.
