Reports Report 2435c (Event 2435-2019)

Observer
Name Frank S
Experience Level 3/5
Remarks I was standing on a balcony, with a balcony above me too, so it may well have been very visible before I could see it appearing below the edge of the balcony above me. Balcony edge is orientated 135 deg - 315 deg, and I happened to be looking northwest because some lunatic (!) (what's in a word ... ) was noisily driving away in the distande in that direction, hammering the road on 3 tires and one flat tire, which makes a hell of a noise. Note I know a bit about judging angles since I have been a turning point ground observer in sports aviation navigation contests in the past. My viewing position was on the 7th floor, which here is about 27 m above mean sea level.
