I have never seen a meteor or shooting star before in person. It was definitely one of the most amazing things I have ever seen.

The trail consisted of smoke and extremely bright glowing green light. The head of the meteor looked as if it was exploding kind of like a box of firecrackers this could have possibly been fragmentation.

The flash went on for almost 5 seconds and emitted an extremely bright green trail while the head of the meteor remained bright white until what I believe was fragmentation which caused the head of the meteor to look like it was exploding
