| Remarks | I saw this meteor for a second or less, from the top of St. Vrain Mountain in Rocky Mountain National Park. From the summit of the peak, I was facing roughly east to northeast, and the meteor disappeared into clouds beneath me. I estimate that it was about 3 to 6 miles away. I saw it in the bright light of day, shortly after noon--approximately 12:30 pm. Amazing! |
