Remarks At first I did not know what it was. Maybe a test ricket or something. NS launch scheduled for tomorrow afternoon at Wallops Island. But thought it might be a meteor after I received email from work associate asking if I saw the fireball in the sky over Chincoteague Island.

Remarks Its seemed to glow bright with some fragmentation just before it disappeared or burned out as it traveled northeast from me.
