| Remarks | It was moving faster than any meteor I have ever seen in my life. There was no smoke behind it, no particulate cloud no sound and it never seemed to be falling. It remained in the air at a steady height during its whole visible flight path and disappeared in the clouds on the opposite horizon. There was a light green tail ejecting from the bright light but it wasn’t affected by air currents and seemed to evaporate almost immediately behind the object leaving no smoke trail and no eveidence that it had passed by. I thought the only thing it could have been was a comet however, with no ice cloud and no fragmentation or break-up I have no idea what type of fireball I saw. |
