Remarks | At 11:41.15 pm, a extremely bright green meteor came into the atmosphere from almost direct north between 50 to 55 degrees altitude and proceeded directly south. visible for about 3.5 seconds. I lost visual at about 10 to 15 degrees altitude, where it just winked out entirely It also had 3 small trailing dots that followed in a even pattern throughout the time of visibility. It was a bit slow as most objects go, but what was striking about it was the extremely bright green light it was giving off. During the time of visibility, the it was brighter than the landing lights on large jet aircraft that are in pattern to land at the Philadelphia airport 5 miles from me. |

Remarks | 3 smaller, far less luminous trailing dots that followed in a even pattern throughout the time of visibility. They were close to the main object, and not spaced very much. |
