I followed the meteor as it fell, and it disappeared behind another building but I don’t believe it for lower than 10-20 degrees above the horizon. I have an almost unobstructed southern view .

I saw a very bright flash of light which drew my eyes up (I live in an all glass apartment on the 10th floor facing south), then the greenish fall and fragmented tail.
