went outside to pick up something in the car walking facing east when bright yellow light coming from north on from my left side appeared on a low altitude and almost paralel with ground. initially tought its was bright yellow landing light from a aircraft but soon realized it was a meteor when I could estimate speed after 2-3 seconds of observation the fireball was already to my right side when it faded to be not visible anymore just above ottawa city which glow was easily visible. saw many fireball before but now often with as low angle as this one but no known aircraft can travel this fast in 5-6 seconds.
