| Remarks | This was the first "shooting star" I'd seen that had a little trail (of a different color, too!). I've witnessed the meteor showers in the fall, in NC and this was slightly smaller, but no less spectacular. Shooting stars are usually much faster and over more quickly. This one seemed to last longer, but it happened in the one stretch of road where I could see the sky clearly. Very cool! |
