Remarks I was walking my dog on our city street and watching the planes in the la don’t sequence to MSP (they were landing from the eastern approach to MSP) in the distance so my eyes were already in that spot when all of a sudden I saw the fireball, I thought it was a shooting star but it was too big. I also considered it could have been a plane on fire going down over the Minnesota river area (we are close to MSP and flight paths) but my Flightradar24 showed no planes there nor in the trajectory that the fireball went.. The last second was obstructed by trees and houses but I waited for a boom sound and also checked the news for a plane crash and so far nothing. I observed meteor showers in my youth (not so much now due to light poliuution), I grew up watching falling stars in a rural area and that was my first thought, that it looked like a shooting star behaves except the size was HUGE. I would say from my vantage point it looked to be about as big as a plane as a plane looks at 2-3 miles away (give or take).
