Reports Report 1167a (Event 1167-2019)

Observer
Name Harry M
Experience Level 2/5
Remarks My first impression was that it looked like a plane doing a nosedive at a high velocity. It was bright enough that it caught my attention from the highway. I know it was not a plane however as there no running lights visible and it faded out as it got lower.
