Reports Report 826a (Event 826-2019)

Observer
Name Tobin B
Experience Level 3/5
Remarks I am an air traffic controller with 30 years experience. I am very experienced at viewing objects in the night sky. At first glance as it caught my eye, I thought it was a ship fired flare as we are very close to the sea. Then realized as it terminated and pieces appeared to break off it that it was a fireball although quite a disappointing small and not very energetic one compared to the colored ones I’ve been fortunate to see in the past. It was short lived but observed by a few people. We were at a football match so able to make a note of our relative position compared to fixed objects like the goal posts etc. hence my fairly accurate compass degrees of where it was seen.
