Remarks I was at 32000 ft flying westbound when the observation occurred. Just above level from my perspective. Roughly 30 to 40 degrees above the horizon. Starting out bright green/white then just bright green fading to white and dimming out. Fragmented just as it faded out. About 10 seconds in duration.
