Reports Report 31no (Event 31-2019)

Observer
Name Rachael M
Experience Level 1/5
Remarks I wasn’t sure what fragmentation meant. The meteor or whatever I saw was a very bright white ball leaving an equally bright white trail behind it, it quickly turned from white to a neon or lime green then back to white becoming a much smaller ball of light then flashing out to black as if it burned out.
