| Remarks | This was the first of 2 events I witnessed on my way home from work tonight. I am a former officer of the Astronomical Society of New Haven, and one of the organizers of the Connecticut Star Party. I am also a former NASA JPL Solar System Ambassador. This was a bolide, very fast. The meteor extinguished in about 8 wonderful seconds. The trail lasted a few precious more! |
