Remarks | The night before I was sitting in my hot tub, not far from where I listed as seeing this fireball, and I saw a flash of light as well. I thought at first it may be lightning but then noticed there were no clouds in the sky. This was around 9:00 central time. I did not see a fireball or trail, and the area from which the light appeared was partially blocked. I did not think anything of it until the next morning when I saw this fireball. |

Remarks | I saw the object moving almost due north. There was a flash of light and then it seemed to break up and disappear. A couple of pieces looked as if the fell straight down while the main piece continued north until it \"burned out\". |
