Reports Report 5274a (Event 5274-2018)

Observer
Name Liana M
Experience Level 1/5
Remarks it was fairly bright out - day two of a waning moon - there was a fair amount of city light as well as scattered clouds - I did miss a portion of its travel but was able to follow the light through the cloud. For the most part I can see venus or big dipper on a cloudless night - so this was significant in that it was a bright night. and the first flash was very bright.
