Remarks | I was driving in my car heading NE at a rate of about 40mph. The address given was about the beginning point of viewing. Also, the road I was travelling on is inclined upwards at about a 10 degree incline. I tried to take this into account in my report, using the angle of my head fir viewing observations as best as I was able. |
