I was in a car traveling towards Blanco from Wimberley on RR 2325; I was in the passenger seat of our car when I saw the flash. My husband, Michael Hodgson, was driving. He also observed the bright blue flash.

Remarks
It may be that I saw mostly the flash. The sky was cloudy and it appeared as a big, bright blue flash that lit up the clouds.
