| Remarks | The time is very accurate. I made a phone call just after seeing it, so that recorded the time. It may have occurred 1 min or less before the time I listed on this report. My position on i94 is approximate. I know I was east of mile marker 176 by a few miles, as I saw it a few minutes before making note of my position on i94 as I was traveling west. I know I was west of m39. I believe I was facing directly west, but could have been on a section of i94 that varied slightly from directly west, as the highway weaves slightly in that section. I saw it in front of me, slightly to the right of the highway. |
