Reports Report 4604a (Event 4604-2018)

Experience Level 1/5
Remarks I have seen fireballs before, but, as this was over a darker area of Austin, in the hills, with little light pollution, this was the best view I have ever enjoyed. It seemed as if it were only 100 yds away, to the point that I hit the brakes, as one might if an owl or deer zoomed in front of you.. Also, it was low and seemiingly eye level, about to land in the parkland . It crossed my unimpeded field of vision from left-to-right, across the parkway, quite beautifully!
