The time on the video from my dash cam is reversed am vs. pm. It shows 13:19.... whereas the actual time was 1:19 am. I was stopping at a light when I witnessed the event and recovered the video from the dash-cam based on what/when I saw it (thus vehicle was still in motion). There are 3 Red Lights visible in the Right Traffic Lane. Look under and to the right of the Leftmost of the three red lights int the right lane.
My guess is slightly West of South Phoenix AZ was the location of the event itself.
