Remarks The fireball was viewed to descend right in the vicinity of Monmouth Executive Airport. I would venture a guess that air traffic control personnel may have witnessed the object as well.

Remarks When the fireball was out of view and I continued down the road, I saw a brief flash of lightning in the sky, however the sky was not overcast. I did not assume at the time that it was the result of the fireball impacting.
