Reports Report 3927a (Event 3927-2018)

Observer
Name Jerry S
Experience Level 4/5
Remarks The fireball appeared around the tip of Orion's left arm, if he were facing you. It travelled at an almost perfect SE direction. It was bright white in color, then suddenly turned bright red as it broke up and pieces began to scatter. After looking at google maps, it appears the path would have taken it almost directly between Las Vegas Bay and Hoover Dam, when looking at the West end of Lake Mead. Doubtful it landed in the lake itself.
