This was honestly the most incredible thing I’ve ever seen in my life, and my boyfriend, his friend and I literally all sat in his car in disbelief yelling “what the heck did we just see?!” The entire sky flashed so bright for such a brief time. I am writing this rambling paragraph to let you know the situation in which it happened because I’m not sure if I was amazing at answering the questions. Driving down the highway, I was sitting passenger to my boyfriend and his friend sat behind him. I saw the potential fireball in my line of vision because I was angled to look at my boyfriend. When it happened, I literally saw a giant ball of light, bright blue and maybe some red (it was gone in an instant), and I swear the sky lit up so bright that my boyfriends friend who didn’t see the ball itself said “what just happened? Did we just get attacked?” After we all took a second to grasp what we’d seen, I swore it looked like it was heading down in our direction, but my boyfriend assured me it was likely my imagination, and that he believes it would’ve definitely hit past the horizon had it been and object that was going to land (don’t think it was, I swear it disappeared into thin air). We were near exit 6 heading down 95 south in Massachusetts. Luckily my boyfriend witnessed it as well, or else I don’t know if I’d be able to get anyone to believe me! Really pumped that you have this option, and I truly hope someone else saw and reports this sighting. |
