Reports Report 174cs (Event 174-2012)

Observer
Name JANE
Experience Level 3/5
Remarks The fireball never lost fire in the length of time we observed it. It disappeared behind the treeline, as we observed from the higway. We were driving eastbound on the highway, and there was no safe way to \'chase\' the sighting. We heard a loud hissing sound, but thought it must have been something with the radio, never really thinking about the fireball being the cause of the sound. This was by far the biggest, brightest, and closest fireball I have ever observed!
