It was amazing and seemed so close that I wanted to try and find the impact site but did not because I was approaching interstate rte 66... I am also reporting for my daughter and her boyfriend who saw the same meteor from College Park ( University of Maryland campus), MD which was aprox. 25 miles to the northeast of my location

Remarks
The meteor looked so close ( 2-5 miles to my east by northeast) that I opened my car\'s window thinking I might be able to hear the impact. It was as vivid and similar to a green firework display falling( curling) out of it\'s trajectory. IRON ORE GREEN AND BROAD WHITE TRAIN
