It was bright enough to be seen while there was still some light in the sky. The time was sometime between 920 and 930 PM. ( I could be off by a bit, possibly 820-830, did not get to computer until sometime later!)

The train was sparkly, fizzy almost like a firework. It was not a firework or a flare though, would not have been at that angle or height.
