Reports Report 132r (Event 132-2012)

Observer
Name Shawn D
Experience Level 3/5
Remarks From my position the fireball appeared to come from the Parma or Nyssa Oregon direction. The skies over Boise are very clear(clean) tonight.with no inversion It appeared to be a slow moving, dim \"shooting star\" or a low flying aircraft with no strobes. It covered too much space to be a \"regular\" aircraft that we might see over Boise this time of night. It covered space similar to an aircraft moving about 200mph at an altitude appox.500\' above me.Then it broke up and faded out.Time I noticed it moving until it split and faded out was a bit shy of 10 seconds. Oregon/Idaho border?
