| Remarks | We were driving West on HWY 10 near Quartzsite Az. the meteor opened high to the South and faded to a grey color and had an oval appearance, like a pill, as it faded out directly over the median of the freeway. It took several seconds to descend. I have seen thousands of meteors and this was a stand out, it did not act as any meteor I have ever seen. |
