Reports Report 2028a (Event 2028-2018)

Observer
Name Riley O
Experience Level 3/5
Remarks The object burned brightly in the sky and then got much dimmer. The last 3 seconds or so that I could see it the object was very dim. It moved quite slowly compared to the few other shooting stars I saw last night and have seen in the past. I have only ever seen an object in the sky with the same firey red color once before when I was much younger. It was about as bright or slightly brighter than Venus but much redder and more fiery. It appeared slightly larger than Venus at its biggest and brightest. I could see Venus clearly in the sky last night so it was easy to compare.
