Experience Level 4/5
Remarks It came in from the east and traveled across the entire sky to the west until it disappeared below the horizon. I expected a loud explosion as it seemed to not burn up in the atmosphere. I have never seen one last so long. I have seen another fireball 2years ago in Woodstock that exploded in the sky but only lasted a few seconds. This one seemed to almost last 1 minute and I even ran to follow it so I wouldn't lose sight of it. A few minutes prior there was another meteor from exact same direction that only lasted a few seconds .
