Remarks I have seen many "shooting" stars in my life and all appeared as white. I have also seen 2 larger - fragmenting fireballs in my life as well and they appeared to be more orange in color. This fire ball I saw last night was particularly cool to see because of its' distinct green color and at 1st, I wondered to myself, if this could possibly be a part of the Chinese space station Tiangong-1. However I did dismissed this idea since the space station's re-entry is not expect for another couple of days yet.
