Remarks
I assumed it was part of the Chinese space station. It looked kind of rectangular and seemed to turn. The sun was just coming up and it seemed to be metallic, brightly reflecting the sunlight. It was moving very fast downward. I have not seen a "shooting star" before that left a trail of black smoke.
