| Remarks | This was seen Approximately 60 Nautical Miles SW of Fort Bragg, CA in the Pacific Ocean. I observed this event while on board an Oil tanker. I recorded our location as 39-18.102'N x 125-09.115'W at the time of the sighting. Our course was 154 Degrees True. I sighted another one much closer just over a week ago which I shall report on later today, the previous one was much brighter and much much closer. |
