Remarks The duration was probably longer than what I witnessed. I merely opened my eyes when I rolled over in bed and what I observed was the last 1 to 1.5 seconds before the big flash.

Remarks This was a bright yellow fireball I witnessed through an oak tree outside my bedroom window. It looked like a bright aircraft landing light in motion. There was a very large flash at the end that lit the sky like lightning for an instant.
