Reports Report 869ba (Event 869-2018)

Observer
Name Tracy S
Experience Level 3/5
Remarks I was driving and the radio was on (and yes, I was singing along). I was waiting for the sound, because the size of it seemed to indicate there would be something loud, but if there was a sound it wasn't loud enough for me to hear over the car and radio (even though the appearance of the light startled me and I at least stopped singing to watch it fall). The ball appeared as a white light, but I saw green as it fell downward, and the ball grew larger. It seemed outlined in white. There was a slight trail behind it (and in my memory it seems not quite straight), but it didn't remain after the ball disappeared behind the trees.
