I was inside my house in a darkened room as I was watching the moon rise so I cannot comment on any sound. I heard none. From my vantage point (approx 120 above the sea) all that is in front of me was the sea and Huntcliff, No lights are visible from this window. I have an uninterrupted view of the sea and the sky. I was watching the moon and its reflection in the bay and I only noticed the meteor as it moved out of the moon as it were as it moved into a darker part of the sky. As I focused on it there was no change all the time it was visible. It was greenish but very ?prismatic ?glittery (hard to describe). If I think of its brightness when I was looking at it properly - and when it was in the darker part of the sky - it was bright and vivid and unmissable but I assume it cannot have been much brighter than the moon or I would have noted it earlier. the 'ball' was greenish but with a rainbow-like effect around it and the tail (which was the same diameter as the head) was nearly as bright but appeared less green, and again had rainbowish colours… was very beautiful.
