Remarks A few others in our meeting who were close to the window saw the green light. We are Search & Rescue people, experienced in aviationand this looked quite odd, at an airfield. At first we thought someone launched a flare. However, this would be odd right at the middle of an airfield. We saw no other activity, which made us think maybe it was not a flare...
