Remarks I was very surprised that people actually saw a similar phenomena on New Years eve. This is why I am responding to this information now. The one that I saw seems to have been better or larger than the one on New Years Eve that was caught on camera. The one that I saw in the early hours of 10th October 2017 appeared to be blue and green. It went very bright! It was totally silent and very fast. I was looking directly South as our bedroom window faces South. The sky was very clear and I had been looking at the constellation of Orion for about 1 minute when I saw it. I was so shocked that I woke my wife.

Remarks I got out of bed in the dark to draw the curtains properly. I looked at the crystal clear night sky and the constellation of Orion. Then I saw the biggest brightest most astonishing meteorite that I have EVER seen. I could see it's green and blue colour as it burst into light like a silent bomb. It was only a split second, but it was incredible. A sight that I will never forget. I was shocked!
