Remarks | Coincided with beginning of public firework display on Newcastle Town Moor; I spent some time looking for the wire it had been fired along. My wife and I were hugely impressed and planning to contact a pyrotechnician friend to geek out about this amazing new shell we’d seen, before saying “Wait, this doesn’t feel right… was that…?” Yes, yes it was. |
