Reports Report 5450md (Event 5450-2017)

Observer
Name Eric P
Experience Level 3/5
Remarks I initially thought it might have been a fireball/meteorite but considered that such an unusual possibility that I dismissed it as fireworks (like a bottle rocket) though its course wasn't arched. I didn't realize what it was until I saw the reports the next day. I am not certain of the exact location but it was on Massachusetts 24 north of Fall River but south of I-495. We arrived at our destination (454 Turnpike Street in South Easton, MA) between 6:10 and 6:15 PM. I put down "0" as the lowest inclination because it disappeared behind trees. I looked for some evidence that it hit the ground but did not see or hear anything.
