| Remarks | Firsts thought that came to mind was a flare, but it was yellow not red. Wondered what it was, assumed it would be a mystery. But then I caught the end of a blurb on WAMC public radio out of Albany NY that mentioned this site and reporting the sighting. Thanks. |
